Privacy Policy
In the following privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website. We collect and process personal data only based on the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).
As soon as you as a user access or visit our website, your IP address, session start and end times are recorded. This is technically necessary and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.
Contact with us
If you contact us, either via the contact form on our website or by e‑mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your request or for any follow‑up questions. No transfer of your transmitted data occurs without your consent.
Data storage
In order to facilitate the purchasing process and subsequent contract fulfilment, the webshop operator stores the subscriber’s IP address via cookies, as well as name and address.
For contract fulfilment the following data are also stored by us:
E‑mail, telephone number.
The data you provide are necessary for contract performance and the execution of pre‑contractual measures. A contract cannot be concluded without this information. Transfer of the collected data to third parties does not occur, except for the transmission of payment data (credit‑card details) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company we have commissioned for delivery, and to our tax advisor in order to fulfil our tax obligations.
If you abort the purchase process, the stored data will be deleted. Should a contract be concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be retained until the statutory tax retention period expires (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will additionally be stored until the product liability period expires (10 years). Data processing is based on the statutory provisions § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) a (consent) and/or b (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
Cookies
Our website uses so‑called cookies. These are small text files placed on your device by the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offering user‑friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to inform you when cookies are set and allow them only on a case‑by‑case basis. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Server‑Log Files
This website and the associated provider automatically collect information in the context of website usage as part of “server‑log files”. This particularly includes:
- IP address or hostname

- duration of stay on the website as well as date and time
- pages visited on the website
- language settings and operating system
- “Leaving‑Page” (the URL on which the user left the website)
- ISP (Internet Service Provider)
These collected details are not processed personally or linked to personal data.
The website operator reserves the right to evaluate or check this data in the event of illegal activities becoming known.
